Ingredients
– Bananas: 300 g
– Petit Suisse: 3 units
– Peanut butter: 35 g
– Dark chocolate: 35 g
– Coconut flakes: 10 g
– Peanuts: 10 g
Preparation
1. **Blend Bananas and Petit Suisse**
In a blender or food processor, blend frozen banana slices with Petit Suisse until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Scrape the sides as needed to ensure the mixture is even.
2. **Fill the Ice Cream Molds**
Pour half of the mixture into the ice cream molds. Place about 5 grams of peanut butter into the center of each mold, then cover with the remaining mixture.
3. **Freeze the Ice Creams**
Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until the ice creams are fully set.
4. **Add Chocolate Topping**
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts. Unmold the frozen treats and drizzle each one with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and coconut flakes for added crunch.
