– Butter: 100g
– Eggs: 3
– Granulated sugar: 80g
– Flour: 80g
– Shredded coconut: 60g
– Baking powder: 1/2 packet

Steps
1. Melting the chocolate
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl with the butter. Melt the mixture in the microwave or using a double boiler. Stir well to create a smooth and shiny chocolate cream.
2. Making the batter
In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the sugar. Whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes light and slightly frothy. Gradually pour in the melted chocolate and butter mixture and continue to stir.
