Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture is frothy and light in color.
2. Blend in the melted chocolate and butter mixture followed by the flour. Once the batter is smooth, pour it into a greased and floured cake pan that is 24/25 cm in diameter. Bake for about 25 minutes.
