Ingredients

– Fish fillet (tilapia, cod loin, or salmon) – 4 pieces
– Spinach – 500g
– Gluten-free pasta – 500g
– Onion – 1 piece
– Garlic – 2 cloves
– Fresh cream – 1 container
– Fresh herbs (chives and parsley)
– Paris mushrooms – 200g
– Salt
– Pepper

Instructions

1. Melt onions and garlic in a pan, then add the fish fillets. Sauté for 2 minutes on each side and remove the fish. Keep the pan with the remaining juices and onions aside.
