– Olive oil: 10 cl
– Hot milk: 10 cl
– Grated Gruyère cheese: 100 grams
– Bacon bits: 200 grams
– Green olives: 150 grams
Preparation
1. **Ingredient Prep**
Boil water and blanch the bacon bits for 2 minutes. Drain them, then sauté in a pan without any fat until they are nicely browned. Set aside.
2. **Making the Batter**
In a mixing bowl (or using a stand mixer), combine the flour, baking powder, eggs, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly, then stir in the hot milk, grated cheese, drained olives, and bacon bits.
Cooking
