– Milk: 1/2 liter
– Flour: 120 grams
– Grated Gruyère cheese: 100 grams
– Ham (or 250g of bacon): 4 slices
Preparation

– Prep Time: 10 minutes
– Cook Time: 40 minutes
1. **Grease the Pan and Add the Filling**
Grease a round baking dish. Place the diced ham or bacon in the dish.
2. **Mix Eggs, Milk, Flour, and Cheese**
