Preparation

In a mixing bowl or a stand mixer bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Gradually add warm water and olive oil and mix until a smooth dough forms.
2. **Dough Resting**
Shape the dough into a ball. Place it in a greased deep container and cover it to let the dough rest for at least 1 hour.
3. **Forming the Breads**
Stretch and fold the dough back into a ball and divide it into 8 to 10 equal parts, each shaped into a ball. Set them on a greased flat surface and let them rise for 15 minutes. After rising, flatten each ball on a floured flat surface to form disks.
