Easy Strawberry Charlotte Recipe

– Full-fat cream: 400 ml
– Vanilla sugar: 1 packet
– Powdered sugar: 160 grams
– Ladyfinger biscuits: 40 units
– Milk: 1 glass

1. Prepare the Strawberries
Wash and slice the strawberries, reserving the most attractive ones for garnish.
2. Make the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone, powdered sugar, full-fat cream, and vanilla sugar. Whip the mixture until it turns into a light and creamy texture.
3. Assemble the Charlotte
Quickly dip the ladyfingers in milk. Line the mold (both the bottom and sides) with ladyfingers. Add a layer of cream, followed by a layer of strawberries, and another layer of cream. Continue by adding another layer of ladyfingers and some strawberries, and cover again with cream.
Finishing Touches
Finish with a final layer of cream and decorate the top with beautiful strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
