Steps to Make Your Pastilla

1. Cook the Chicken and Egg Filling

Beat the eggs and stir them into the mixture while the heat is still on. Once fully mixed, turn off the heat and let the filling cool.

2. Brush the Brick Sheets with Melted Butter

Prepare a bowl of melted butter, a separate bowl of crushed toasted almonds, and your brick sheets ready for assembly. Using a brush, evenly coat the entire surface of the first brick sheet with melted butter.

3. Add Filling and Almonds to the Center

Place a tablespoon of crushed almonds in the center, then add the chicken filling on top.
