– Bunch of parsley: 1
– Sweet paprika: 1 teaspoon
– Olive oil: A drizzle

Preparation

1. **Ingredient Prep**

Preheat your Airfryer to 180°C (356°F). Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Finely chop the chicken.

2. **Cooking the Filling**

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the onion, then add the bell pepper, chicken, and spices. Cook for a few minutes over medium heat.

3. **Final Touches**

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

4. **Assembly**

Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of a brick dough sheet. Fold the sheet to form a triangle. Repeat this step for all the dough sheets.

Brush one side of each samosa with olive oil. Place the samosas in the Airfryer basket and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the samosas, brush the other side with olive oil, and cook for another 6 minutes.
