### Ingredients

Serves: 6

Ground Beef: 300 g
Onion: 1
Cumin: 1 tsp
Sweet Paprika: 1 tsp
Parsley: a few sprigs
Pastry Sheets: 6
Olive Oil: a drizzle
Salt: a few pinches
Pepper: a few pinches

### Preparation

Total Time: 30 minutes
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

1. Ingredient Prep

Peel and finely chop the onion. In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the ground beef with the onion. Add cumin, sweet paprika, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C).

3. Folding

Cut the pastry sheets in half. Start the first fold by bringing the rounded edge towards the right side to form a strip about 3 inches wide. Place some of the beef mixture at the rounded corner, then fold the left corner over the filling to form a triangle. Continue folding in the same manner until you reach the end of the strip (if there’s a small piece left at the end, trim it with scissors). If needed, dab a little oil to keep the samosa sealed.

Cooking

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the samosas are golden brown.
