– Ground beef: 400 g
– Onion: 1 whole
– Garlic: 2 cloves
– Parsley: 10 g
– Egg: 1 whole
– Bread crumbs: 40 g
– Salt: 1 pinch
– Pepper: 1 pinch
– Olive oil: 5 ml

1. Prepare the Mixture
Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. Shape the Meatballs
With slightly moist hands to prevent sticking, shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
Cooking with the Airfryer and Serving
Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the meatballs in the basket, ensuring they are not overlapping. Cook for 12 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time. Serve hot, either alone or with your sauce of choice.
