Easy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
These golden and crispy chicken tenders made in an air fryer are ready in just a few minutes. Enjoy them hot, paired with fries, salad, or your favorite homemade sauces. For an even crunchier bite, add some grated Parmesan to the bread crumbs.
Ingredients
– Serves 4 People
– Chicken breast fillets: 500 g
– Bread crumbs: 100 g
– Flour: 50 g
– Egg: 1
– Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
– Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
– Salt: a pinch
– Pepper: a pinch
Preparation
– Total time: 23 minutes
– Prep time: 10 minutes
– Cooking time: 13 minutes
Preparing the Chicken
1. Slice the chicken breasts into evenly sized strips.
2. Set up three plates for breading: one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and the last with a mixture of bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat it well with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking in the Air Fryer
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes.
