– 500g medium squid
– 1 piece Espelette pepper
– 1 clove finely minced garlic
– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 1 tsp paprika powder
– 1 pinch ground cumin
– Salt to taste
