– Homemade shortcrust pastry (recommended): 300 grams
– Apple: 1 kilogram
– Shelled hazelnuts: 55 grams
– Nutella: 150 grams
– Vanilla sugar: 1 packet
Preparation
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (approximately 180°C). Line a tart pan with parchment paper and fit the shortcrust pastry into the pan. Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin slices.
2. Use a fork to prick the pastry base. Spread the Nutella evenly over the pastry, then arrange the thin apple slices on top.
3. Crush the hazelnuts and sprinkle them over the apples. Then, dust the surface with vanilla sugar.
4. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at a medium setting. The tart can be enjoyed either warm or cold.
