– Salt: a pinch
– Vanilla sugar: 1 packet
– Almond powder: 250g
– Melted butter: 90g

For the Crunchy Honey Almond Topping:

– Butter: 50g
– Brown sugar: 50g
– Honey: 1 tablespoon
– Cream: 1 tablespoon
– Sliced almonds: 120g

Steps

Prepare the Fondant Base

Whip the eggs and sugar until the mixture is foamy.

Add Melted Butter, Salt, and Vanilla Sugar

Stir in the melted butter. Mix until smooth and even.

Incorporate Almond Powder

Gradually add almond powder while continuously stirring to prevent clumping.
