– Flax seeds: 1 tablespoon
– Pumpkin seeds: 1 tablespoon
– Agave syrup: 1 tablespoon
– Sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
– Sliced almonds: 1 teaspoon
– Fruit (such as apple, blueberries, or pomegranate): 60 g
Instructions
1. **Heat the Oat Flakes**
In a saucepan, pour in the milk and add the oat flakes. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently.
2. **Add Seeds and Sweeten**
