Today, I’m excited to share a recipe for avocado butter. This fragrant butter can be enjoyed as is, spread on toast or blinis, or used to add flavor to sauces, pasta dishes, and more. It’s a straightforward, quick, and easy recipe that anyone can make.
Ingredients
For 6 servings:
– Avocados: 2 units
– Butter at room temperature: 180 grams
– Salt: 1 teaspoon
– Pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
– Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
– Dried dill: 1 teaspoon
– Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

- Prepare the Avocados
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh.
- Make the Butter

Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, shaping it into a log. Wrap it up and refrigerate for 2 hours before using. Enjoy it as is on toast or mixed into sauces.
