Ingredients
For 4 people:
For the Peach-Tuna Verrine
– Tuna: 1 can
– Canned peach slices: 1 can
– Mayonnaise
– Chives
For the Avocado-Fresh Cheese Verrine
– Avocados: 2
– Fresh cheese (like Chavroux): 1 container
– Chives
– Lemon
– Salt
– Pepper
– Shrimps or surimi for garnish
For the Avocado-Crab Verrine
– Avocados: 2
– Surimi, shredded or sticks
– Cherry tomato for decoration
Preparation
1. Peach-Tuna Verrine:
– Start by draining the tuna and mix it with mayonnaise. Finely chop the chives and blend them into the tuna mixture.
– Cut the peach slices into smaller pieces.
– To assemble, place peach pieces at the bottom of the glass, add the tuna mixture, and then top with more peach slices.
2. Avocado-Fresh Cheese Verrine:
