– Ladyfinger biscuits: 40 units

1. Prepare the Strawberries

Wash and slice the strawberries, reserving the most attractive ones for garnish.

2. Make the Cream

In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone, powdered sugar, full-fat cream, and vanilla sugar. Whip the mixture until it turns into a light and creamy texture.

3. Assemble the Charlotte
