Ingredients

  • 250g of 3-minute twist pasta (such as Lustucru)
  • 400g of Mont d’Or cheese
  • 25cl of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • 200g of thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1 bag of mixed greens salad
  • 1 tsp of ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • A drizzle of oil
  • A drizzle of vinegar
  • 1 shallot

Preparation Steps

1. Pasta Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the twist pasta according to the package instructions.

2. Cheese Preparation

Remove the crust from the Mont d’Or cheese and scoop out the inside with a spoon. Place it in a bowl and mix with the heavy cream.

3. Preparing the Filling

Drain the pasta and in a mixing bowl, combine it with the cheese and cream mixture, parsley, grated nutmeg, and pepper. Add salt sparingly as the prosciutto is quite salty.

4. Baking
