Enjoy a refreshing, quick, and flavor-packed summer salad! Sweet melon, tender prosciutto, and creamy mozzarella come together in a delicious and well-balanced trio. This salad is perfect as a starter or a light meal, best served chilled.

Ingredients

Serves 4

– Mesclun, 80g
– Melons, 2
– Tomatoes, 4
– Prosciutto, 8 slices
– Mozzarella, 2 balls
– Olive oil, 4 tbsp
– Balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp
– Fresh basil, 1 bunch

Preparation

1. Start by arranging the salad greens on the plates. Slice the melons and cut each slice of prosciutto in half.

2. On one half of the plate, alternate placing a slice of melon with a half slice of prosciutto.

3. On the other half of the plate, arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella, both cut into pieces. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle finely chopped basil over them.

4. Drizzle each plate with a tablespoon of olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
