– Fresh cream: 25 cl
– Milk: 20 cl
– Grated cheese (Emmental, mozzarella, or a mix): 150 g
– Butter: 30 g
– Salt: to taste
– Pepper: to taste
– Nutmeg: optional

Preparation

– Cooking Time: 35 minutes

1. Cooking the Pasta

Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water, keeping them slightly al dente. Drain.

2. Prepare the Creamy Base

In a saucepan, gently heat the cream and milk on low heat. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if desired. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

3. Assemble the Pasta Bake
