– 1 liter of water
– 5 dried sage leaves
– 5 dried verbena leaves
– 1 cm of fresh ginger
– 1 fresh turmeric root
– 2 pieces of dried hibiscus
– 2 cm piece of licorice stick
– 2 star anise pods
– 5 whole black peppercorns
– 1 teaspoon of dried apples

Preparation

1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
2. Once boiling, add a small glass of fresh mineral water to slightly cool it down.
