1. Shared Belief

First up is Shared Belief. Shared Belief has been on a winning streak with a lifetime record of 7-0. Shared Belief is the favorite for the Breeders’ Cup Classic. Shared Belief won the Eclipse Award for Two-Year-Old Male and is a contender this year for Horse of The Year.  The Breeders’ Cup Classic takes place on Saturday, November 1, 2014 and is the 12th race of the day with a 5:35 PM PT post time.

2. Goldencents

Second up is Goldencents. Goldencents will be coming to defend his title as last year’s Dirt Mile winner. Goldencents has proven himself in this race before and will be the favorite to win again this year. The Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile takes place on Friday, October 31, 2014 and is the 7th race of the day with a 3:05 PM PT post time.

3. Tapiture

Third up is Tapiture. Tapiture will also be competing in the Dirt Mile at the Breeders’ Cup and he could take the win away from Goldencents. Tapiture will have Rosie Napravnik on the mount and the duo proves to be unstoppable.

4. Reneesgotzip

Fourth up is Reneesgotzip. She is racing strong and might just be the young lady to take the win away from all the boys in the Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint, so she will definitely be one to watch. The Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint takes place on Saturday, November 1, 2014 and is the 7th race of the day with a 2:05 PM PT post time.

5. California Chrome

Lastly, is California Chrome, this three year old fought hard for a Triple Crown win. Although California Chrome has not started the fall racing season very well, if he can pull out the performances that were liken to his Triple Crown run, then he still might just be a strong contender in the Breeders’ Cup Classic.

Anyone could take the win at the Breeders’ Cup but these contenders will certainly be ones to watch on the big day!
