– Balsamic Vinegar: 1 drizzle
– Watermelon: 2 slices
– Arugula: 1 handful
– Feta Cheese: 1/2 block
Preparation Steps
1. **Prepare the Ingredients**
– Slice two nice 1 cm thick slices of watermelon, seedless if possible. Slice the feta cheese horizontally to get a thin piece. Rinse and drain the arugula.
2. **Assemble the Sandwich**
– Place one slice of watermelon flat on a plate, layer the thin slice of feta on top, followed by the arugula.
3. **Finish and Season**
– Top with the second slice of watermelon, like sandwich bread. Drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar.
