– Raw, peeled shrimp: 400 g
– Red onion: 1 whole
– Fresh or frozen peas: 1-2 handfuls
– Fresh ginger: 2 cm piece
– Sweet soy sauce
– Regular soy sauce
– Neutral oil
– Sesame oil
– Fresh coriander: 1/2 bunch
– Eggs: 2
– Milk: 3 tbsp
– Wok spices
– Chili powder
– Salt

1. **Prepare an omelet:**
– Beat the eggs with salt and 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce.
– Cook in a little neutral oil until set.
– Cut into pieces and set aside.
– Cook the shrimp in a skillet with a bit of neutral oil over high heat with some chili powder.
– Set aside.
– Peel the red onion and slice it into thin half-moons.
– Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into strips.
2. **Cooking process:**
– Heat neutral oil in the wok.
– Add the red onions and sauté for a few moments.
– Add half of the Chinese cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
– Add the peas, sweet soy sauce, and regular soy sauce.
– Add grated fresh ginger and wok spices.
– Towards the end of cooking, add the shrimp, sliced omelet, chopped fresh coriander, and the remaining raw Chinese cabbage.
– Mix everything thoroughly, then drizzle with sesame oil.
– Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.
