– Egg yolks: 4
– Sugar: 80 g
– Pears: 2
– Pear liqueur: 2 tbsp
– Brown sugar: 4 tbsp

Preparation

1. Cream Preparation

Vanilla Infusion: Heat the cream with the split and scraped vanilla bean. Remove from heat and let it infuse for 10 minutes.
