A Quick and Delicious Dessert
This apple-pear crumble combines melt-in-your-mouth fruits with a crispy topping, offering a sweet and comforting taste that’s perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
For 4 servings:
– Apple: 2
– Pear: 2
– Granulated Sugar: 30 g
– Butter: 40 g
– Flour: 50 g
– Heavy Cream: 10 cl
– Cinnamon: 1 tsp
Preparation

– Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Step 1
Peel and core the apples and pears. Chop them into small cubes.
Step 2
Cook the fruit for 5 minutes in a saucepan with 10 g of butter. Add the heavy cream and cinnamon, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining butter, flour, and sugar. Knead the mixture until it becomes crumbly (takes less than 5 minutes).
To Finish
Grease a baking dish. Place the apple and pear mixture into the dish. Crumble the dough mixture over the top. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
