– Puff pastry: 1 sheet
– Onion: 1 large
– Natural tuna: 2 cans
– Roasted bell peppers: 1 jar
– Heavy cream: 40 cl
– Eggs: 2
– Parsley: a few sprigs
– Grated cheese: to taste
– Salt: to taste
– Pepper: to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry with its parchment paper into a tart pan, and prick the bottom with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.
2. Slice the onion into strips and lay them on the bottom of the tart shell. Spread the crumbled tuna evenly over the onions. Layer the roasted bell pepper strips on top of the tuna.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour this creamy mixture over the layered tart contents.
4. Scatter a few parsley leaves over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese as desired.
