– Medium potatoes: 2 units
– Shallots: 2 units
– Cherry tomatoes: a few units

– Parsley: a handful
– Butter: as needed

– Black pepper: to taste

Preparation

1. Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into not-too-large cubes. Peel and thinly slice the shallots. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash the parsley and chop it to yield about 2 tablespoons.

2. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan, add the potato cubes and sliced shallots. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, add the slices of chorizo and cook for another 5 minutes.
