- Shredded mozzarella – 50g
- Sliced white bread – 8 slices
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Salt – 4 pinches
- Pepper – 2 pinches
- Onion powder – 2 pinches
- Slices of Emmental cheese – 4
- Bacon – 150g
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp

Steps
1. Prepare the Croques
Spread a thin layer of mustard on each slice of bread. Add a slice of bacon and a slice of cheese on top, then cover with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.
2. Prepare the Leek Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy leek fondue, finely chopped bacon, shredded mozzarella, pepper, onion powder, and sour cream.
3. Assemble the Croques
Generously spread the leek mixture over the top of each assembled sandwich.
Bake in the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the croques on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and bubbly.
