– 1 container of Petit Billy Smooth Natural Cheese
– 1 sheet of puff pastry
– 150 g of egg yolk
– 2 pinches of sesame seeds
– 2 pinches of chia seeds
Preparation
1. **Preparing the Ingredients**
Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator a few minutes early. Preheat your oven to 350°F (about 180°C). Roll out the pastry with its parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Cut into strips 5 cm long and 2 cm wide.
