– Eggs: 4 pieces
– Fresh cream: 20 cl
– Bacon: 1 pack
– Ham (chunk): 1 piece
– Ground nutmeg: 1 teaspoon

1. Start by fitting a sheet of puff pastry into a pie dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, break 4 eggs and add 20 cl of fresh cream along with a pinch of ground nutmeg. Whisk the mixture thoroughly by hand. Then, place diced bacon and ham over the puff pastry.
3. To finish, pour the egg and cream mixture over the pastry. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the parchment paper and return to the oven for an additional five minutes to achieve a crispy crust. Once done, place it on a serving dish.
This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold, accompanied by a crisp green salad dressed with balsamic vinegar.
