– Strawberries: 500 g
– Balsamic vinegar: 1 tablespoon
– Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
– Garlic: 2 cloves
– Bread: 3 pieces

Blending
Start by washing and hulling the strawberries, and peeling the garlic cloves. Place the strawberries, tomato pulp, garlic, and bread pieces into a blender. The bread will help thicken the gazpacho. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Blend on high speed for about 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth, uniform, and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary, then refrigerate for at least one hour before serving chilled.
