This is a delightful sweet and savory recipe I picked up during a trip to Italy. I’m excited to share it and hope you’ll enjoy the unique combination of strawberries and burrata as much as I do.
Ingredients
For 4 people:
– 8 slices of bread
– 200g of burrata
– 250g of strawberries
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– A pinch of salt and pepper
– 8 basil leaves
Preparation Instructions
1. Slice the strawberries.
2. Spread the burrata evenly over the toasted bread slices.
3. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the burrata.
To Finish
Drizzle with honey and olive oil. Garnish with basil leaves, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
