For 4 people:
– Cod: 250g
– Broccoli: 1 head
– Shallots: 2
– Butter: 20g
– Heavy cream: 5 tablespoons
– Whole grain mustard: 3 teaspoons
– Freshly ground pepper
– Salt: 1 pinch
– Grated Emmental cheese (to taste)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cook the broccoli florets in a large pot of boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain them.
3. Slice the cod into pieces.
4. In a baking dish, arrange the slices of cod and the broccoli florets.
5. Finely chop the shallots. In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the shallots for a few minutes. Add the cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
To Finish
Pour the cream mixture over the ingredients in the dish. Top with grated Emmental cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
