This summer, mirabelle plums are shining bright like little golden nuggets! Harvested from a friend’s orchard, these gems are best enjoyed chilled. You can also use frozen mirabelles for this recipe, though they may release more water.

– Flour: 100 g
– Eggs: 2
– Sugar: 60 g
– Milk: 400 ml
– Mirabelle plums: 400 g
– Butter: 15 g
Preparation

Steps
1. Gently warm the milk with the butter. Lightly butter your baking dish.
2. Rinse the mirabelle plums, pit them, and arrange them in the dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and eggs.
4. Gradually add the warmed milk to the mixture and stir until the batter is smooth. Pour this mixture over the plums in the dish.
5. For a visually appealing dessert, slightly adjust the position of the fruits with the tip of a knife.
To Finish
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and continue baking for another 30-35 minutes, using convection heat if possible.
