– Baking powder: 4 g
– Cocoa powder: 20 g

Whipped Chocolate Ganache

– Dark chocolate: 250 g
– Heavy cream (35% fat): 500 ml

Preparation

1. Making the Chocolate Swiss Roll

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Heat the water and pour it over the oil and chocolate, stirring well to create a ganache.
