Ingredients

– Cottage cheese: 500 g
– Eggs: 3
– Spelt flour: 250 g
– Salt: 1 pinch
– Pepper: 1 pinch
– Parsley: 1 pinch, finely chopped
– Speck: 70 g
– Gorgonzola cheese: 50 g
– Soy cream: 1 container
– Truffle cream: 2 tsp

How to Make It
1. Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, spelt flour, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until the mixture is smooth.
2. Shape the Knepfeles
Using two spoons, shape the mixture into dumplings and set them aside on a plate.
3. Boil the Dumplings
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop the dumplings into the boiling water. Once they float to the surface, remove and drain them.
