For the Tomato Sauce

– Onion: 1 unit
– Garlic: 1 clove
– Diced Tomatoes: 1 can
– Basil: a few leaves

For the Tart

– Puff Pastry: 1 sheet
– Ham: 4 slices
– Mozzarella: 1 ball

Instructions

1. **For the Tomato Sauce:**
– Finely chop the onion and sauté in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and canned diced tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
