– Eggs: 2 units
– Vegetarian Sausages: 5 units
– Bread Slices: 5 slices
– Cheese Slices: 5 slices
– Corn Flakes: 100 grams
– Oil: 4 tablespoons

Preparation

1. Preparing the Breadcrumb Coating
Crush the corn flakes into a fine powder to make breadcrumbs. Place the breadcrumbs on a plate and mix well with the oil.

2. Preparing the Beaten Eggs
Crack the eggs onto a second plate and beat them. Set both plates aside.

3. Assembly
Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin. Place a slice of cheese and a veggie sausage on each slice, then roll them up tightly. Seal with a bit of the beaten egg.
