Ingredients

– Eggs: 2 units
– Vegetarian Sausages: 5 units
– Bread Slices: 5 slices
– Cheese Slices: 5 slices
– Corn Flakes: 100 grams
– Oil: 4 tablespoons
Preparation
1. Preparing the Breadcrumb Coating
Crush the corn flakes into a fine powder to make breadcrumbs. Place the breadcrumbs on a plate and mix well with the oil.
2. Preparing the Beaten Eggs
Crack the eggs onto a second plate and beat them. Set both plates aside.
3. Assembly
Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin. Place a slice of cheese and a veggie sausage on each slice, then roll them up tightly. Seal with a bit of the beaten egg.
4. Inserting the Sticks
Insert wooden sticks into each corn dog to facilitate cooking.
5. Breading
Roll each corn dog first in the beaten egg and then coat them with the corn flake breadcrumbs.
Cooking
Cook each corn dog in the air fryer for 7 minutes until they are golden and crispy. Once cooked, serve with your choice of sauces.
