1. **Mixing the Dough**

Combine all ingredients except for the 170g of chocolate chips, which are used later for coating.

2. **Forming the Dough Balls**

Shape the dough into small balls and arrange them staggered in a bar mold.

3. **Adding the Chocolate**

Melt the remaining chocolate chips and pour over the arranged dough balls. Gently tap to smooth out the chocolate and sprinkle a pinch of salt on top.

4. **Freezing**

Place the mold in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Once set, demold and serve.
