- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Steps
1. Boil the Pasta
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Before draining, save a ladle of the pasta water for later use.
2. Prepare the Boursin Cream
In the still-hot pot, add the chopped Boursin cheese and pour in the milk. Stir over low heat until you have a smooth cream.
3. Coat the Pasta
Return the drained pasta to the pot and stir well. If the sauce seems too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.
4. Finish and Serve
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of Espelette pepper to enhance the flavor.
