– Vinaigrette: A drizzle
– Parsley: A pinch

1. Preparing the Vegetables
Boil the potatoes, then peel and chop them into pieces.
Cook the green beans as needed.
2. Cooking the Eggs
Boil the eggs for 9 minutes from the start of boiling (begin with cold water). Cool them under cold water before peeling and chopping into pieces.
Assembly
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, including the onion and vinaigrette. Sprinkle with parsley.
This dish can be enjoyed warm or cold.
