– Bunch of coriander: 1

– Ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
– Sweet paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
– Chili powder: a pinch
– Salt and pepper: to taste
– Preserved lemon: 1/2
– A few olives
– Olive oil: a spoonful
