– 500g Beefsteak tomatoes
– 100g Cherry tomatoes
– 75g Feta cheese
– 1 bunch Basil
– A drizzle of Olive oil
– A drizzle of Balsamic vinegar
– A pinch of Salt
– A pinch of Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
1. **Ingredient Prep:**
Begin by washing the beefsteak and cherry tomatoes. Chop them into pieces.
2. **Blending:**
Place the tomatoes, feta, a few basil leaves, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar into a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
