Ingredients

– Cottage cheese: 500 g
– Eggs: 3
– Spelt flour: 250 g
– Salt: 1 pinch
– Pepper: 1 pinch
– Parsley: 1 pinch, finely chopped
– Speck: 70 g
– Gorgonzola cheese: 50 g
– Soy cream: 1 container
– Truffle cream: 2 tsp

How to Make It

1. Prepare the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, spelt flour, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until the mixture is smooth.
