– Arborio rice: 250 g
– Chicken breast: 300 g
– Peas: 150 g
– Mushrooms: 150 g
– Onion: 1 piece
– Vegetable broth: 500 ml
– Olive oil: 15 ml
– Parmesan cheese: 30 g
– Salt: to taste
– Pepper: to taste
Preparation
1. **Prep the Ingredients**
– Slice the onion, cube the chicken, and slice the mushrooms.
2. **Sauté**
– Set the Cookeo to “sauté” mode and heat the olive oil. Begin by sautéing the onion, then add the chicken and cook until it’s lightly browned.
3. **Add Vegetables and Rice**
