– White wine: 200 ml
– Tomato paste: 4 tablespoons
– Shallots: 2
– Carrots: 2
– Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Steps:
1. Turn on the Cookeo to “browning” mode.
Peel and slice the shallots. Slice the carrots into rounds.
